Metabolites database

Our on-growing database currently comprises over 8000 entries and is composed of the major and essential molecular building blocks of any living organisms from the plant, animal, fungi and bacteria kingdoms: amino acids, carbohydrates, organic acids, alkaloids, flavonoids, complex lipids, and many more.

Our database covers well primary metabolism (carbohydrates, amino acis, nucleotides) essential for anergy biosynthesis and responsible for defence and signaling.

Database contains compounds extracted from 470 species (428 plants, 37 fungi, 5 bacteria) which were measured using LC-MS to collect spectral and chromatographic information. Over 1000 of these compounds were measured and incorporated into database for GC-MS.
